ABOUT MT. HOPEHere at Mt. Hope Church we have many activities and ministries at all times. There are ministry teams in place to better our church and communications with the community. The teams are Communication, Evangelism, Music, and Worship, Recreation, & Social Concerns. Our communion fund at Mt. Hope provide Alert necklaces for anyone in the church who might be in need. They are an excellent means to help in case of an emergency. Please contact the church office for futher information. Other special ministries include the Golden Age Supper, Crop Walk, & much more. Our very own handbell choir performs on various occasions and included in our regular worship sometimes. The ladies of our church have two circles that can be attended. The Willing Workers meet on the 2nd Monday at 1:30 pm of each month. The Mary Martha Circle meets on the 2nd Tuesday at 7:00 pm of each month. The ladies are a vital part of our church. At this time the two groups are in the process of putting together a church cookbook. Both groups have great fellowship and always love to have new members. The Friends and Neighbors group meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Their most recent activity was to visit Victory Junction Gang and made a contribution. Everything from Van Denton visiting to Bingo games makes a great time of fellowship. Any and all are welcome! Coming soon will be a Men's fellowship group. The members at Mt.
